Dave Neelsen
Steve Coss
Creative Director

Steve is one of the area’s most hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves creative directors. He came to Madison in 1994 after stints with J Walter Thompson in Detroit and DMB&B in Chicago. He has worked as a writer and creative director for Stephan & Brady and Malcolm Marketing Communications, where he also served as interim agency president. He has created campaigns for a wide assortment of well-known local companies, including American Family Insurance, First Business Bank, Tri-North Builders, Promega, Group Health Cooperative, the Wisconsin DOT, and the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board.

In addition to writing and creative direction, Steve also has extensive experience in video, television and radio production. When he’s not directing creative projects, writing copy or shooting and editing footage, Steve is writing a book, which is scheduled to be released by a major publisher late in 2009.
